The Better Teams certification process ensures your facilitator is confident and prepared to facilitate impactful team building sessions within your organization.
1. Complete the Master the Better Teams Model & Assessment online course and complete the quiz at 90%.
2. Each student is assigned one team within your organization to facilitate a Better Teams Assessment debrief session.
3. Each student receives up to 3 hours of 1:1 coaching with a Better Teams Facilitator.
4. To earn certification, the Better Teams Facilitator has final approval. Input will be gathered from an evaluation of the team they work with that will heavily influence the decision.
5. Join the monthly Office Hours call as needed and bring your questions.
